Support response times
Support runs by email from 8:00 to 18:00 Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Enterprise P1 issues, such as rollback failures, are covered around the clock.

Billing questions
What counts as a licensed user?
Any user in your tenant with an assigned Microsoft 365 license. Guests, shared mailboxes and unlicensed service accounts are not counted.
Do you charge per administrator?
No. Invite as many admins, reviewers and auditors as you need. Pricing is per tenant.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
What if we grow past 300 users?
We will move you to an Enterprise agreement at your next renewal. Monitoring is never paused because of user count.
